  • In order to work together, I will record your name, contact details, and an emergency contact. This information is used for administrative purposes of contacting you, arranging appointments, contacting an appointed contact in an emergency, and providing counselling services effectively.

  • Any personal data I have recorded will be stored securely and will be kept for a maximum of 6 years after the counselling sessions have ended. It will then be delated.
